Conditional Use Hearing Information

Conditional Use Hearing Update – Penn Hurst Data Centers:

Please be advised that, due to the unavailability of East Vincent Elementary School gymnasium on March 26, 2026, the Conditional Use Hearing previously announced for that date is canceled and will be rescheduled for April 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at East Vincent Elementary School, 340 Ridge Road, Spring City, Pennsylvania 19475. The Township will provide public notice of said hearing, including advertising and posting, in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.

The subject conditional use application, as revised by supplemental submission received by the Township on March 12, 2026, will be submitted to Township’s consultants, the Chester County Planning Commission, and the Township Planning Commission for review and recommendation.

Please return all applications to the Township Manager at rzienkowski@eastvincent.org or hand deliver to the Township Office.  Applications will not be reviewed or shared with the Applicant prior to the hearing. Township Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4 PM. Please take notice, in-person attendance is required to participate as a party to a conditional use hearing.  Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon good cause shown and limited to circumstances beyond an individual's control that make in-person attendance impossible. Please take notice, in the interest of safety, to ensure an unobstructed view and safe passage of hearing attendees, and to otherwise avoid disruption to the business of the hearing, signs, posters, banners, and/or other display material are prohibited.
