As Philadelphia prepares for America's big 250th Celebration, a discovery at the museum changes everything. Join the eccentric paleontologist Dr. Dee N. A. Bones and her sharp-nosed assistant, Kiki the Kiwi, as they unearth a mysterious time capsule buried 250 years ago... Or is it? 

As the story unfolds, history begins to crack! A T-Rex is unleashed upon the city, and the Liberty Bell goes missing. With the anniversary parade only hours away, follow our heroes on a high-stakes adventure through the streets of Philadelphia to save our national treasure, correct history, and meet the demands of the frantic Mayor Seymour Panic before the big celebration is ruined.
