*Please be advised, if you live on one of the following roads you will need to select "Barton Meadow's Wastewater" when you log on to pay your bill: Barton Drive, Croton Court, Mourar Drive, Nottingham Drive, Sheeder Road, Penn Drive, Readington Drive, and Wade Drive. 


If you do not see your road listed above, then you will need to select "Veterans Center Wastewater" when you log on to pay your bill. 

 

Please note that a 3% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.  If you choose to pay online using an e-check there is a flat fee of $1.50 for each transaction.  Convenience fees are established by MuniciPAY and the Township does not receive any of these funds.  Convenience  fees are non-refundable.

 On December 31, 2010, the Municipal Authority was dissolved via Ordinance #211 and the Township officially took responsibility on January 1, 2011.  The Board of Supervisors determined that it was in the best interest of the Township and residents to assume the responsibility for the operation of the public sewer systems in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa. C.S.A. §5601, et. Seq. All services provided by the previous Municipal Authority are now part of the Wastewater Services Department of the Township.

Sewer bills are issued on a quarterly basis.  Payment is due by the last day of the month in which the bill is issued.  A late fee and interest is added to all delinquent accounts.  If you pay via electronic payments through your bank, the name of the payee must be East Vincent Township, 262 Ridge Road, Spring City, PA  19475.  You may also make payments at the Township building between 8 am and 4 pm. Monday to Friday.

Sewer Certification Fee - $15.00
Residential Sewer Rental Fees:
      Veterans Center   -   $765.00 per year - $191.25 per quarter
      Barton Meadows  -  $1,904.00 per year base rate + $194 per year Capital Contribution  - $524.50 per quarter 
Veterans Center Only - Tapping Fee - $8,304.00
Sewer Connection and Certification Fee:
      Residential -  $180.00
      Commercial - $250.00
