Millage Rates for 2023: 

Tax Rate for General Purposes, the Sum of 2.0 Mills.

Tax Rate for Street Light, the Sum of the individual districts linear foot frontage. 

Tax Rate for Hydrant Tax, the Sum of .171 Mills. 

 

Important Message About Real Estate Taxes: Keystone Collections Group has notified the Township that recently some residents may have received duplicate real estate bills. Keystone experienced a printing error which caused this mistake. Please be sure to only pay your property tax bill one time and ignore the duplicate bill. Real Estate Taxes: 
Real Estate Tax collection for East Vincent Township is handled through Berkheimer Tax Associates.  The current millage rate is 1.8 mils. Any questions should be directed to Berkheimer Tax Associates at 610-588-0965 or visit their website at https://www.hab-inc.com/. Berkheimer also processes all requests for tax certifications of real estate taxes.

Earned Income Tax:

Earned Income Tax for East Vincent Township is collected through Keystone Collections Group. The millage rate for earned income tax consists of two parts: general purposes EIT and Open Space EIT. Open Space EIT only applies to Township residents. The millage rate for general purposes EIT is .5% and the millage rate for open space EIT is .3325%. School Taxes:

As of January 2020, Per Capita Tax is no longer collected in East Vincent Township.
