Building Permits are required for many different types of construction projects and improvements. Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Demolition are all included under the Building Permit.

Covered Porch or Deck (if more than 30" above grade)
Roof Replacement (if replacing more than just shingles)
Retaining Walls (over 4 feet tall)

Kitchen Renovation
Electrical Service Upgrade
Generators
Furnaces
Air Conditioning
Pool/Hot Tub
Shed (if 1000 square feet or more in gross floor area)
