Contractor Registration

Contractors are required to register with the Township by completing the Contractor Registration form.  All contractors are required to submit the $50 registration fee along with the form.  

For all electricians or plumbers, please submit a copy of master's license with the registration form. 

All contractors are required to submit copies of their certificate of insurance for both General Liability and Worker's Compensation. If you do not carry worker's compensation insurance, a notarized affidavit is required.
