Demolition Permit

A Demolition Permit is required when removing full/partial structures or buildings.

1. Zoning Permit Form
2. Building Permit Form 
3. Plot Plan of property showing locations of existing and proposed structures with dimensions to the property lines, setbacks, easements, slope, septic fields, etc. 
4. Permit Application Fee 
5. Contractor Registration Form
