Accessory Structure Permit

If the accessory structure is 1000 square feet or more in gross floor area, a building permit is also required.

1. Zoning Permit Form 
2. Building Permit Form 
3. Structure Placement Form
4. Plot Plan of property showing locations of existing and proposed structures with dimensions to property lines, setbacks, easements, slope, storm water swales, septic fields, etc. 
5. Construction Drawings - if the proposed structure is 1000 square feet or more in gross floor area 
6. Permit Application Fee
7. Contractor Registration Form
