Alteration/Renovation Permit

Alterations/Renovations that require permits may include structural modifications, relocating of interior bearing walls, stucco siding, installation of windows larger than those being replaced.  

Cosmetic renovations such as kitchen cabinets or floor replacement do not require permits.
