Patio Permit
A permit is required regardless of the amount of square feet of the patio. Please utilize the checklist below to make sure you have all the required forms.
- Zoning Permit Form
- Structure Placement Form
- Plot Plan of property showing locations of existing and proposed structures with dimensions to the property lines, setbacks, easements, slope, septic fields, etc.
- Permit Application Fee
- Contractor Registration

Important: All impervious coverage added after 2/5/2014 is subject to tracking by the Township. All impervious coverage is in the aggregate. For example, if you add an improvement that is under the threshold for Stormwater Management, that amount is tracked and added to any further expansion of impervious coverage and all coverage must be managed at that time. Any impervious coverage added over 1,000 square feet is not eligible for the Simplified Approach to Stormwater Management.
