Fence/Wall Permit

Fences that are 6 feet or under in height require only a Zoning and Structure Placement Permit. Fences over 6 feet in height require a Building Permit to be submitted with the zoning and a structure placement application. 

If it is simply a fence replacement, with no changes to fence height or location, a permit is not required.

3. Structure Placement Form 
4. Plot Plan of property showing locations of existing and proposed structures with dimensions to the property lines, setbacks, easements, slope, septic fields, etc. 
5. Construction Drawings 
6. Permit Application Fee 
7. Contractor Registration Form
