Manufactured Housing Permit

1. Zoning Permit Form
2. Building Permit Form 
3. Plot Plan of property showing locations of existing and proposed structures with dimensions to the property lines, setbacks, easements, slope, septic fields, etc. 
4. Installers Certification from HUD 
5. Permit Application Fee 
6. Contractor Registration  

Other Possible Requirements: 

1. Proof of Public Sewer Tapping Fee - This is to be obtained from the EVT Wastewater Services (610-933-4424)
